Big Sur adventure session – Big Sur engagement photographer
As I always say there’s so many wonderful options for photos in Big Sur. It’s always a good option to try to cover a little bit of everything. While we didn’t get to the beach, we did manage to explore the redwoods, the river and then climb around the Big Sur cliffs at sunset. Here’s a quick funny from our session. These two brought some wine, which had us all excited, but then we realized that we don’t have a corkscrew. I learned my lesson and this will not happen again, as corkscrew is now a permanent part of my camera bag!
I am so tempted to call this session surf and turf but I feel like that’s too weird. It really is my favorite when couples trust me to take them down random trails. There’s so many hidden gems in Big Sur, I feel as if even though I live here, I am still discovering new spots every week. If I could have it my way, all my couples, engagement and elopement sessions would be in completely obscure spots in Big Sur. Ideally at least two hours are required for adventure sessions like this, three would be even better. They would allow to explore two or possibly even three locations! For more ideas on gorgeous locations in Big Sur, check out this elopement or this proposal!
Where do I get a dress like these?
As always, it’s my pleasure being your Big Sur guide and your Big Sur engagement photographer! Reminder, I do have a client closet with some gorgeous dresses available for you to wear for your session. I absolutely love styling the wardrobe to fit the feel of the session and fit straight into the scenery. The two dresses in these photos are from my closet and are available! If you need some ideas on what to wear, please check out my Pinterest! Additionally, I can help you find your perfect outfit to buy or to rent! Just ask!
